We source all of our beans from importers and farm operators whom we have worked with in the past. We love having relationships when we can with the actual growers and farmers.
We’re always tasting new coffees that come in seasonally throughout the year. Adding fresh and exciting beans all the time. When roasting, we use a 3
part blend of multiple origins (always specialty /arabica grade) for all of our roast styles. We believe this creates a more diverse and interesting cup each day. You’ll never taste the same coffees twice!🥳
We roast/ship once a month to reduce our impact, and keep prices low. Your order-
regardless of what day it was purchased-
will ship 2-3 days BEFORE the end of the calendar month. This ensures that at the beginning of each month- your set for the next 4 weeks. Check the COUNTDOWN to see when the next run ships.

IS YOUR COFFEE ORGANIC?
Short answer is No. We do buy and sell Organic certified green coffee, but can’t label our roasted as Organic….yet(stay tuned😇)
